An Urban Habitation In DARAĞAÇ

     Darağaç has a settlement that was used as an industrial area in the past and now houses, small industrial area and artist workshops. Darağaç is also the name of a group of exhibitions that have developed and matured with an atmosphere of intense dialogue and discussion between the artists who come and go to the neighborhood, live and produce there.

     The project aimed to design a living space for an artist couple who retired and decided to live in Darağaç. A man who is a writer and a woman who is a painter need to work in the home. These working areas should be open to the public and art lovers, rather than being isolated from the people and the neighborhood.
