ECOLODGY Sustainable Housing

     In the project, a lodging design that will serve Izmir University of Economics employees is aimed. Located in Narlıdere district of İzmir, the land is 10-15 minutes away from the university on foot. It is possible to reach the forest area by passing through the land on the north-facing side of a hill.

     The project has a capacity of 500 flats. UnitA is 40 m² flats and is for people who live alone. Unit B apartments are 60 m² and are designed for couples without children. UnitC apartments are 80 m² and suitable for use by couples with children. Besides the flats, the facility also hosts social areas such as market, gym, and restaurant.
